Frequently Asked Questions
who can submit blog posts and how often?
Any catholic woman who is 18 or older is welcome to submit blog posts. You do not need to have an extensive theological formation in order to share; God is speaking through you and your witness, here and now. In terms of how often - You can submit as often as you want; as of right now, there is no limit on the number of blog posts one writer can submit. However, please note that we may not be able to publish all of your blog posts if you submit multiple at the same time.
What the requirements for each blog post?
All submitted blog posts should relate in some way to the idea of “living today well”. Blog posts should be between 400-1,000 words in length. Blog posts must be in accordance with the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church.
How does the submission process work?
To submit a blog post, simply click on the link below to fill out the Google Form. In addition to submitting your blog post, you will also need to submit a headshot of yourself and a short bio, written in the third person. Once we receive your submission, we will review it. Katie Kibbe, our blog manager, will contact you within two weeks to let you know if your blog post has been accepted or not, and to provide feedback on any necessary edits.
Any edits will be done via Google Docs. Please note that if we do not receive edits in a timely manner, we may have to hold the blog post for a later date or not publish it at all.
After your blog post is approved and revised, it will be scheduled. Generally speaking, blog posts are published about 2 months after they are submitted (ex: if you submit a blog post in October and it is approved, that blog post will likely go live in December).
I have more questions! Who can I contact?
